When is the check-in and check-out possible?

Our check-in is possible between 15:00 and 22:00. The check-out is between 08:00 and 10:00.

How can I pay at The Kaprun Edition?

We accept all major credit cards or debit cards. Please note that we are a cashless establishment. For technical reasons, the deposit can only be blocked from a credit card.

Is early check-in possible?

If the room was not occupied, an early check-in can certainly be arranged.

How far is the train station?

The train station Zell am See is about 10 minutes away by car.

How far is the nearest airport?

The nearest airports are Salzburg (60min), Munich (2.5h) and Vienna (3.5h).

Can we store our suitcases in The Kaprun Edition if we arrive early and our suite or chalet is not yet ready for occupancy?

You are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception in the meantime in case your suite or chalet is not ready yet.

Is there parking available?

There are plenty of free parking spaces available.

Can I bring my pet?

We love pets. We charge EUR 15,- per pet and day.

Is there a sports ground nearby?

There is a soccer field and a volleyball court directly opposite of our reception free of charge.

Where are the nearest ski resorts?

The Kaprun Edition is surrounded by numerous ski areas within walking distance. The entrance to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area is about a 5-minute walk away. The Zell am See ski area is a 10-minute drive away.

What are the cancellation policies?

Due to different rates we ask you to consider the respective guidelines of your booking. Basically, we distinguish between refundable and non-refundable rates. Please contact our front desk for specific details regarding your booking.

What happens if the vacation is cancelled due to COVID-19?

If there is a shutdown of our operations, we will issue you a credit of the full amount of your payment. This applies to private bookings made directly with us. If you booked through a travel agency, please contact them.
